The rental experience provided by SeaVistas.com , which is owned and operated by William (Bill) Holden, was very unpleasurable and an unsatisfactory vacation / holiday experience.
SeaVistas.com was a terrible experience for mulitple reasons.
The unit in which we stayed constantly had problems with it's utilities. Their was no internet connection for over a week, the cable television never worked properly and the electricity was out for most of the time we stayed at the villa in Cabarete, Dominican Republic.
There was no hot water in one shower and when we filed a complaint, their was absolutely nothing done about this problem. Also, when we first started renting the unit from SeaVistas.com the property was absolutely filthy. We had to hire a maid at our own expense to clean the toilets, showers, floors, cabinets and etc.
The worst thing about our experience from SeaVistas.com was the landlord William (Bill) Holden. He was rude in front of our guests, yelling at us for having dishes in the sink while he barged in one morning.
William (Bill) Holden was constinantly in and out of the apartment several times a day in which most of the time he would just let himself in the unit. Their were many occassions where he would barge in when
I was in the shower and not properly dressed. William (Bill) Holden then proceeded to take all of the dining room chairs, bedroom chairs, desk chair and pictures out of the apartment in the middle of our stay to use
for his personal use. Renting from SeaVistas.com is an unsatisfactory holiday / vacation experience and is NOT recommended.
